Go Green Employee Resource Groups

What is an Employee Resource Group (ERG)? They are associate-run and associate-managed peer groups of like-minded individuals that help influence the culture in the workplace. The Go Green ERG is a passionate group of associates that help educate and create awareness around topics of sustainability.

Did you know? Macy’s, Inc. has adopted composting with the first project in San Francisco at the Macy’s Union Square store, followed by composting Macy’s Flower Show remains in five cities, composting at the Bloomingdale’s 59th Street store, and also at the Cincinnati corporate office.
